notes: This is from the source missing Money already in circulation "from the masters"; this DAT source seems indeed to be missing Money that is filled from the other recorder also in the "Master" sourced CDs. This copy is either a bad transfer of some DAT copy of the "master" or just sourced from a higher generation copy, indeed this version seems much more problematic than what in circulation before: - the speed is different, this version runs slower than the other verson around on CD - there are much more turbolences in the already "weak" and problematic parts that were catchable also on theCDs from the masters but the problems there seem to be more standable, this tend to "distort" a lot. - the amplification is different, lower volume level additional notes from the indexed version by buffalofloyd I used a version I have of this recorder to compare this tape against but the lineage could bewrong. The taper lordsnooty stated that he never made any direct transfers to cdr but the version below could have been from someone else transferring to cdr from DAT... ”Master”- (ITT Studio 60 recorder>Memorex C-120 cass[M]>Nakamichi 700 (pitch up)>DAT[4]>cdr(?) >flac) [102:27] flac VG+/EX- (Money not recorded by this taper / Recorder 2) This tape sounds better to my ears than the version above, a bit fuller. This tape also startsout with about a second or two more audience but we are missing about 2 minutes of audience before the start of the second set. Nothing major but worth noting. This also runs a little bit slower than the version above which is why it is longer, even though it's missing a couple minutes. I trimmed some silence, that's it. -buffalofloyd
