notes:

More or less like the MoLM release having a slightly deeper freshness of sound, same contents

notes as they came with the files:
This is a collectors edition at 48kHz sample rate. The sound quality is Ex- and not quite as good as Nigels 6th Aug 1980 recording.
Taper: Nigel Bradder
Recording made from Block 5, Row U seat 27
Equipment Used to record the show: -
Technics Single Point Stereo Microphone->Sony TC-153SD Cassette Deck->TDK AD-120 cassette
The transfer was made on the 11th September 2006 from the Master TDK AD-120 cassette (see photo).
The transfer was made using the following equipment: -
Playback via Nakamichi ZX-7 cassette deck with manual adjustment to height and azimuth of playback head to match that of the original tape recorder to optimise the sound during playback.
Direct connection to analogue input of Audiophile 2496 soundcard via high quality Clicktronic interconnects with 24K gold plugs.
Transfer made at 48KHz 16bit resolution to two wav files.
The two wav files from the 120 min cassette were concatenated into a single wav using Adobe Audition.
The 48kHz source was split into individual wav files and saved in FLAC format.
The resulting wave files have NOT been re-mastered or changed in ANY way this is a direct copy of the master tape.
This is an excellent quality recording in stereo and I believe it is an upgrade on the other versions of this show that have circulated.
Please note that if you want to burn on a CD you will need to downsample to 44.1kHz first and check/fix SBE's before you burn.
For give away or trade only - do not sell or .mp3 (except for your own use).
