notes:

mmm well, this is really gonna be a strange date to check.
At now I can just say that the supposed Fillmore East 70 part of this release is better sounding that whatever I listened before, same for the OOTD track (much longer and better than the one I had before)
This was usually around as "1971 November 15 - Carnegie Hall, Manhattan, New York City" but always turned out to be the same as "1970 September 27 - Fillmore East, New York City" (except the OoTD track); This time the tape was not labelled as 1971 November 15, nor as 1970 September 27 but even as Fillmore East '72. And here we have also an Echoes track at the end.
OOTD was not performed at the Fillmore East that night, OoTD was never performed before the late 71 actually. After a quite accurate  check I found that this OoTD performance doesn't match any other recording having OoTD in circiulation, for this reason I feel to leave it as it's supposed to come from: 71-11-15. I have no means to confirm that's the right date anyway, what I'm sure about is that it's a '71 or '72 performance (excluding the last 72 dates) and that it is from a concert performed in the U.S., since the taper says something at the beginning of the song, exactly "Lucifer Sam", and he says that with an American accent.
about AHM I doubt it's from the FE 70-09-27 show as well cuse there it was performed with orchestra and choir, and there's no orchestra or choir in this fragment, so I feel to label it as Carnegie Hall 71-11-15 too.
There's the remote possibility that the whole Fillmore East '70 date is a fake and that it's all from a 71 show (right 71-11-15?), but it's doubtful cause GITC was not performed after the August of 71 according to the archives (what a mess!) ... there’s no way to prove anything in few words, can be from Fillmore East 70 excluding OoTD and AHM or can be from Carnegie Hall 71 excluding GITC? who'll know!
about Echoes, it is from Roosevelt Stadium, Jersey City June 15 1975 (different recorder than the complete version in circulation). It recognizable when the taper says "wooo" on the mic at the end of the song, before Waters greets the audience; whereas in the 'common version' there are guys yelling "sit down, sit down" right at the end of the song)
for details on the 2 recorders have a look here
T notes:
These SHN files were made from a cassette tape that I got in trade in about 1977
Two of the songs don't belong to this date, they are: One Of These Days and Echoes. I don't know to what date they belong.
Also I believe at least one song is missing from that nights set, A Saucerful of Secrets. Songs may also be in the wrong order. I also have the interview conducted the next day by a student.
I'm not going to release this but if you can get it all together and want to release it I just ask that you mention where you got it. If you want the interview too let me know.
