Let's get it, you must get it, this is compulsory, wonderful show, amazing!
Waters raving a lot here and there, not only on the rare improvized performance
known as Grooving With A Pict ... I just love to listen to Mr. Waters in wild
spirits. The crowd is more than thrilled indeed, and you'll be too when you'll
gotta listen to this piece of eccentricity ... you'll get excited for sure ...
but let's talk about the editing-work, that's probably the only thing that's not
so good here.
the sound quality is very good, even though I don’t think it was mastered from a
very low gen. tape, there is evident hiss and the volume is actually low.
There are also some editing inaccuracies, few creaks sometimes and some
interesting pieces, as the tunings and the Waters' voice 'exercises’, were cut.
I do think it's fair to get the whole performance including tunings here really,
it's a recording of Historical significance, any fragment is precious. I don't
know if the Hip Cat tried just to cut the audience portions here, or if they got
a tape already having these cuts, but the result is that here are missing
interesting pieces of recording.
There's a sad cut also at the beginning of Fat Old Sun too, it fades-in missing
some seconds of music.
