notes:
From the same taper as the one commonly in curculation, sound quality isn't
better than the version circulated before, I'd say it's the same except the NR,
here there's no NR applied. If you prefer a bit of hiss in the back instead of
some very annoying compression noise this can be a pretty nice upgrade.
As stated in the notes of my other version the quality of the recording itself
is not great ... some problems especially with the volumes and the bass levels
that makes the listening not a great experience.
difference in contents between this version and the one in general circulation
are:
- there's a little stop between POTW part 1 and Dogs in my other version (here
the 2 songs are consequential) althoug, despite of the little stop there,
nothing is missing as it seems.
other little edits between songs are present here as well as on my other
version, but here the actual cuts are audible whereas in the common versions the
songs fade in/out. These little edits were prolly provoked by the taper himself,
stopping the recorder between songs to save space on the original master, even
if it's possible the master includes more and the cuts occurred during the copy
of it.
- Sheep has the first part missing, it starts near to the middle of the song on
this recorder.
- Dogs, Pigs and SOYCD 6-9 fade out at the very end.
- SOYCD 6-9 has 3 cuts inside (here very evident since the song has been split
in 3 tracks)
- the encore is missing.
Mind that there's a version around with the missing parts filled with the
77.2.22 recording, so far a complete recording for this gig didn't surface. |
