From the alt recorder of the gig, unfortunately incomplete as the 1st recorder...
I don't this this recording has been taped by an Italian fan but surely there
were Italian people around him.
Very clear italian chatting is audible in some songs (especially at the
beginning of SOYCD 1-5)!
Sound quality is not inferior to the other recorder, this taper sounds as being
more distant from the stage but there are not all the distortions present in the
other recording here (especially on the bass). It's also less hissy.
This recorder offers a bit more than the other one too (the part recorded at
least), here are the contents of this recorder:
- Sheep is missing the first part (on the other recorder the song is missing the
beginning as well)
- more soundscape before POTW part 1 compared to the other version, there's a
cut between Sheep and POTW part 1 but the few seconds before the cut are
repeated after the cut, so nothing is missing.
- Dogs is here cut in 2 parts but seems nothing is missing here as well
(probably it was split on 2 tape sides). Here the song is complete, on the other
recorder it is cut at the end.
- cut between POTW part 2 and Pigs (starting at the very beginning of the song)
- Pigs has an inside cut (split in 2 tracks) and is cut before the end; the part
after the cut sounds very faint.
- SOYCD 1-5 starts missing a piece of the beginning.
- WTTM and HAC have an inside cut (split in 2 tracks)
- WYWH has just few minutes of the beginning, then the recording stops; before
it stops the taper moves the recorder a lot (sounds like zipping his jacket or
whatever) and then it sounds clear he stops the recording. |
