notes:

Yet another tape that I already used to know the quality of, since I had CD copies from a transfer someone else made out of these exact tapes for some time (2 years) but they turned out having digital clicks on the last trax unfortunately, I wished a flawless copy for long so and I'm happy I had the chance to transfer the tapes myself now.

This is such an upgrade to the other versions I checked of this recorder; with an excellent sound quality.

Details about my transfer follow ...
- I kept all raw not applying any post-processing and/or boosting; I just amplified the transferred file since  it stands very well a louder volume, to get more sound definition.
- I didn't need to join joined music between the tape-sides since there are no pieces repeated between the sides:
- sideA ends with a small fade-out and sideB restarts with a small fade-in, I just put it together, as soon as sideB starts the music stops with a cut that may have been the point where the copy this copy is sourced from changed side, I've left that cut/gap evident at the beginning of the Pigs track on the soundscape.
- sideB ends with a small fade-out and sideC restarts with a small fade-in right at the beginning of HAC, I just put it together.
- there's a little gap right at the beginning of Sheep on the keyboard tune, it's 1 second-gap. I left it there without removing the 1 second silence even if the patch would have turned out perfect. This cause I like to keep it as it is originally on the tape, on the previous transfer from these tapes the gap was edited out.
- I tried to index the tracks in order to make the track-change coincide with a cut/stop present on the actual tape. Also no fade in/out has been applied, the few present are on the actual tape again.
- to make all fit 2 CDRs I have put SOYCD at the end of CD1, CD2 starts with WTTM. I like to have the discs with separate sets but a different choice would have meant to have a 3CD-set which isn't handy to me. Also, since WTTM starts after a stop on the tape it was like obvious to me that it was the best choice to divide the CDs this way ....
- last but not least, the speed is different from the transfer I got on CD before. I didn't aply any pitch-correction or set the pitch differently on the deck, it just runned faster on my deck and I didn't retouch it.

haha charade you are!

Waters yells 19+61 on 3rd verse at 13:02/03/04 ( at 13:28/29/30 on the CD I had before)

Waters sings "Nobody knows where WE are" on SOYCD 6-9 ... and laughs. Also Waters doesn't sing in tune in many occasions during this concert, for the "rants-collection" have a look at the link below.
